LightSail provides Mudita Mentors who monitor each student's reading, engagement and progress data. Our Mentors advice, guide and encourage students based on progress data.
By measuring a student’s key performance data such as reading time per day and performance in vocabulary and comprehension activities, book recommendations are made for each student.
Parents and guardians can also easily monitor progress and based upon the data make book recommendations.
LightSail uses the Lexile framework created by Metametrics. Lexile is a proven tool to measure and forecast reading ability, and has been scientifically validated by over 1,000 studies.
